Day 2 - Agility...Oh My God My Legs Are Falling Off!

Day 2 of our 90 Day Challenge. Only 88 more days to go.

Today was Agility X....which loosely translates to Cardio/Balance/Sadistic Tony Horton. The gist of this is that you jump a lot, run a lot, go in circles a lot, throw in some random push-ups, and then lunge and squat until your legs fall off. Did I mention this was AFTER Brian and I went to Dance Class and danced the Argentine Tango?

The easiest thing to say is that right now, my legs are spaghetti. My lungs may explode. My heart may beat out of my chest, and I may need 40 gallons of water to replenish all that leaked out of me.

I'm so proud of Brian. He did almost all of the Plyo/Push-ups. His entire shirt was sopping wet. (GROSS)

Note to self...invest in some REALLY GOOD Sports Bras. Like...the kind with whale bone ribbing to hold these girls solidly in place. Jumping, running, lunging, and then jumping some more....I think they're sagging to my knee-caps now.

We did it. We did the entire 30 minutes. Tomorrow, I'm taking the elevator at every opportunity, and I may just sit in my little rolley chair and have people push me around all day.

Eff you, Tony Horton....and your Agility Nightmare, too!
